Dim Sum in this maxim is more expensive than maxim in other districts with prices ranging from $28 to $46.
小點 $28 ,中點 $34 , 大點 $39, 特點 $42 , 頂點 $46,
蝦餃$39 , 腸粉 $39
Tea is $14 per person.
+10% service charge.

No reservation is available. This Sunday, we arrived as early as 1130. Half of the restaurant is already occupied.

We (3 people) have ordered 8 dim sums : ( I rarely order shrimp dumpling 蝦餃 in maxim because they are not impressive)

Steamed Chicken & mushroom Bun 冬菇雞包
Beef rice roll牛肉腸
Shao-mai 燒賣
Water chestnut cake馬蹄糕
Chive and shrimp dumpling韮菜餃
Bean curd with shrimp ball蝦膠豆腐
Black sesame soup芝麻糊
Lotus seed Pudding焗紅豆蓮蓉西米布甸

Dumpling paste is not thick nor doughy. Ingredients are flesh, not too oily / salty / fatty. So delicious!

To me, desserts are always disappointing. They are too sweet! Desserts in Shatin maxim are much better.

In addition to dim sum, there are varieties of food for you to explore in Hong Kong. I hope you enjoy it. Welcome to Hong Kong.
