This place is indeed pretty hard to find, located in an alley next to the 3rd street. The staff there said that the theme is to promote local ingredients prepared in a westernized style.

Indeed the food were quite interesting. I especially liked the Uni and crab meat rice, catch of the day (Dover sole) and the wagyu beef. I'm usually not a great fish fan but I found the Dover sole very tasty (although a bit too much olive oil was used ). Unfortunately for a tasting menu consisting of 9 courses the portions weren't great and the timing of the staff brining in food was a little weird - sometimes very quick and other times a long wait. Certainly a very nice restaurant to visit again and I most certainly will come again.

The main problems were really the portion and the random speed of food delivery. Not too value for money but in absolute terms it's pretty good.
