This place is surprising NOT allergy friendly. Almost ALL of its dishes are listed as "containing gluten" (type of protein found in wheat) even when the ingredients do not contain gluten (e.g. corns, red rice). I think as a "wellness cafe" in this society becomes more and more health conscious and allergy prone, it should consider putting in a bit of effort to make these inherently gluten free dishes to be actually gluten free. However, this place is otherwise decent. Even when all other places are busy and packed, you are almost gauranteed a seat here. The food are healthy and tasty.
這個地方竟然幾乎所有的菜都列為“含有麩質”（小麥蛋白）。作為一間“wellness cafe”,加上越來越多人有過敏傾向，Kosmo應考慮供應一些無麩質 gluten-free items. 其實很多食物本來都沒有麩質，如米，粟米。
除此之外,Kosmo 無論什麼時間都幾乎可以找到座位。
