Nobody cared about me as I entered. There was an idle waitress, just standing, doing nothing, noticed I went in but would not come and ask if I had made a reservation or how many of us would dine in. Even in a busy cha chaan teng, there would be someone at least to show you where to scan the code etc. As she took my order, with a poker face, she repeated it wrongly. I corrected. And in the end she served three meals for two people including one portion of the wrong. Did we look like such big eaters? Or would you reconfirm before sending the order to the kitchen? You're losing the restaurant's customers and increasing the food cost.

Service is the last thing I care about when dining out as long as the food is okay normally. But this waitress' attitude was outrageous. Other staff didn't seem to think that'd be a problem either.

The food was below average. I understand duck confit would be a bit salty but this was just over-marinated and overcooked. The meat was so dry inside. Some of the chips were hollow. Another thing that bugged me a lot was the metallic plate they used for serving food. Full of cutting marks, so thin in an oval shape but putting so much food on, honestly there was no space to properly cut the meat.

Seats were also hard and uncomfortable, as if they wanted customers to leave asap.

If you are in the Sai Ying Pun area for western food, there's tons of better choices on High Street.
