之前同friend過開嚟西環食飯嘅時候,經過見到呢間食牛扒嘅餐廳,見佢價錢都唔貴,就book mark咗佢,今日想食牛扒,醒起呢間餐廳就走過嚟食。-呢度最主要食係top blade steak,價錢比Top blade 一平啲,不過就冇任食薯條。top blade質素唔錯,唔多筋位,煮到啱啱好五成,食落都幾軟腍。薯條份量都多,而且係粗薯,食落啖啖薯仔香味,另外仲有啲沙律菜配,食到咁上下覺得油膩嘅時候食啲沙律菜會舒服啲😋 continue reading

今日知家人在西環工作,下午臨時找找西環附近有咩餐廳,忽然想食西餐而又係据扒,找找就試下呢間餐廳,有得openrice book定位,未到餐廳已經望定menu想食牛扒,雖然有得揀order free flow,$258任食但要全枱人都order free flow,不過要留肚食甜品所以無叫, 一人一份medium牛扒已拼薯菜,aussie chips雖然咸左少少,但炸得香脆而且調味好香,連茄汁都唔洗加,牛扒偏un左少少,肉味重,過足食扒的癮,醬汁另上,飲品在雪柜自助,好多本地sparking和啤酒飲品揀,柚子玄米氣泡茶味道清新。 continue reading

話就話係500蚊放題晚餐,點知一嚟就迫我食哂個menu既野食。喂,大佬,我嚟食牛過架,唔係雲吞啊。都算!一入去就等左30分鐘先淨係出到個🥦湯。連杯水喉水都冇。隔離枱同我一樣時間坐低,佢哋食完,但係我哋就連牛都未見到隻,懷疑仲係農場行緊過嚟,mooo~然後問佢幾時有野食啦,跟著就話整緊,極度懷疑隻牛啱啱先放血。好啦,都算,佢拎左堆車喱茄比我哋頂住先,點知好戲在後頭!個雞鎚鞋過鞋底,個湯飲完好似返咗亞馬遜個森林咁,充滿草源嘅味道。個薯條淋完黑雨咁。雖則塊牛啱啱好5成熟,口落唔太差。但係500蚊話做放題,買呢個速度同質素真係唔怪得啲香港人返深圳食嘢。我仲真係建議大家有得唔食就唔好食啦。😘😘😘 continue reading

喺西營盤第一街嘅一間小扒房,地方唔算大,但就有一個好大嘅酒櫃,有幾多唔同嘅酒可以揀🍺🍺。今次去到食dinner主菜分別叫左安格斯牛板腱扒同ribs & wings,至於小食就叫左芝士炸雞同埋魷魚圈。🥩五成熟嘅安格斯牛板腱扒,有好深好靚嘅grill mark,香濃嘅肉味,口感黎講係比較紮實同埋有啲油香。配埋嘅薯條同沙律就正常貨色,不過不失。至於ribs & wings嘅combo呢就有啲驚喜,ribs 似係用慢煮嘅方法令到肉汁好好咁保留住,而且bbq 醬都好好咁提升左味道嘅層次。😬😬小食就係一般西餐常見小食,兩款都比較炸得偏乾身,但份量不錯。🙌🏻 continue reading
