This week’s girl’s night, we went to this restaurant next to K11. The place is quite small but we felt warm and welcome. The staff was friendly and recommended some special dish for us. Fruit punch was sweet and the homemade lemon tea was bubbly and refreshing. The fries came after awhile, they were so crunchy and full of potato. I love the mentaiko mayo very much, it had some fishy and spicy flavour. My favourite carb meat tar tar tasted delicious! The combination of crab meat, mango and avoca

My favourite carb meat tar tar tasted delicious! The combination of crab meat, mango and avocado was perfect, the mango and avocado gave me a tropical flavour. The mango was sweet and the avocado was so smooth.
Recently I’ve been eating lots of pork chop and tonight I also ordered this restaurant’s famous Irish stout pork chop. This dish is very special because the chef actually marinated it with black beer, you could smell the beer but you won’t taste any alcohol while eating it. The pork chop was super juicy, you wouldn’t believe the thickness of it. It was thick and the texture was still tender. The highlight was the beetroot mash, the texture was like mash potato but had beetroot flavour. It was very tasty.
I was tempted with the photo of this sea urchin fried rice. The staff told us to put some rice and sea urchin on the seaweed and then eat it. It was yummy. The seaweed was crunchy and tasted good with the black truffle rice. The sea urchin was smooth and creamy. I really enjoy that.
To finish off, we got the lime cheesecake with rum raisin. The presentation was beautiful. I found it a bit sour but my friend said it tasted very good. The base was crunchy and the cheesecake was soft.
