I have yet to come across a more innovative vegan menu in HK. I particularly enjoyed the dishes that didn’t rely too much on soy/mock meat. I am still thinking about the “Peking duck” tacos weeks after - they were made from fried oyster mushrooms and were delicious. Another fav was the boozy Nepali coffee. The atmosphere is nice and secluded too - away from most of the bustle of the pier.
