◇ Pigeon rice with foie gras, $305 (8/10)
Every mouthful of the rice was very aromatic thanks to the grease from the pigeon and foie gras. It was appropriately seasoned and not soggy. It might be a hit or miss though, due to the gamey flavour. Still, I highly recommend.

◇ Wagyu steak tartare with oyster, $155 (7/10)
Despite the barely common combination, the sweet brininess of oysters actually created a good mix with the tender wagyu tartare and has enhanced the umami.

◇ Garlician octopus on potato ‘al caliu’, $138 (7/10)
I appreciate that the octopus was succulent and tender. The potatoes also possessed buttery flavour. However, the seasoning was slightly on the lighter side for me.

A very refreshing desserts that striked a balance between sweetness and sourness. Highly recommended especially after having meaty dishes.
