Recently visited BÀRBAR, the latest opening by the same dining group behind Pica Pica which situates in Ship Street where known for international delicacies. Every mouthful of the rice was very aromatic thanks to the grease from the pigeon and foie gras. It was appropriately seasoned and not soggy. It might be a hit or miss though, due to the gamey flavour. Still, I highly recommend.
