A few points about my experience at Queen's Garden. (1) Both me and my girlfriend got sick after eating here. There is always the possibility this was a coincidence, but given the quality of the food, I wouldn't put money on that possibility. (2) I ordered the lunch set. They served me a used bread basket from someone else's table with a used toothpick in the basket (under the bread). Apart from the toothpick, the basket had clearly been on someone else's table because the doily under the bread

(2) I ordered the lunch set. They served me a used bread basket from someone else's table with a used toothpick in the basket (under the bread). Apart from the toothpick, the basket had clearly been on someone else's table because the doily under the bread had oil stains from several other pieces of bread, not just the one in my basket.
(3) I asked for a replacement. When it came the bread was too old and stale to chew. I am not exagerrating, I could barely bite off a piece of the bread. I had to spit it out.
(4) My lunch set was salmon rice, which came with a complimentary hair on the dish.
(5) The salmon tasted old and had bad freezer burn. The aftertaste made it inedible. I tried a second piece just to be certain, and my girlfriend also tried a piece, but neither of us could swallow it.
(6) My girlfriend had fried fish with potato chips and mayonnaise. The mayonaisse served was off.
(7) When the bill came it was around $89 and they rounded up to $90. I asked why the bill was rounded up but was no given an answer. Okay, it's an insignificant amount of money, but I've never been to a restaurant that rounds up the bill.
I reccomend going somewhere else.
