what a rendang beef

trying this "Singaporean" food restaurant the second time. last time I had a prawn noodles, taste-wise still ok, I ordered a dry one, only it did not come with a bowl of soup like what it serves in Singapore, prawn was a bit dry. this time, I tried the beef noodles, a rendang beef noodles. very disappointing, can say they do not know what is a rendang beef. it's just a beef brisket with round noodles, beef not dry, worse, it has no chilly or not hot at all. with twice experience, this restaurant
