It's been a while since I had Mos Burger. I remember it wasn't too bad, though a bit small. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge as this is a fast food place. You order and pay at the cashier where they will give you a number card to place on your table so they can bring the food to you when ready. Menu has various sets to choose from along with drink upgrades.
I ordered the Mos cheeseburger ($27) but made it into a set with salad and drink ($25). But I upgraded my drink to a mango tea for an additional $3.
My burger was small but then Mos Burgers are always very small. But it didn't taste as good as before. The bun was a bit dry. The patty was dry and tasted like the ones from McDonald's. It wasn't fluffy and soft. The cheese wasn't melted at all. And the usual addition of meat sauce? It just tasted some orange tomato sauce with onions.
My salad was ok. You get choice of sesame dressing or Italian. I chose sesame and it was Kewpie brand dressing. Vegetables seemed fresh and crispy. I didn't see any darkened bits of greens.
It has been a long time since I ate here and it really went down in quality. That's sad as I always did like this place in the past for a Japanese style burger. Now, it just tastes like McDonald's.
