As boyfriend a coupon on his KFC app that offered a two people set for $65, we cashed in on it. This came with two rice bowls, two small medium size drinks and four pieces of chicken. We chose sakura. The popcorn chicken and the egg tart was free if you collect enough points on the app.
What did the sakura chicken taste like? First things first? It wasn't terrible. But it wasn't great. It was like they sprinkled candy sugar on top of the chicken. It was oddly sweet. I didn't know how I felt having sugar topped on my fried chicken. But I knew one thing. I won't be ordering this again. At least it was better than the horrible truffle cheese flavor they had a while back. That was inedible.
