Intrigued by the outsized signature pies touted at The Pizza Pig, we decided to give it a try. But the real sting was their supposedly star Tiramisu dessert. It arrived a sodden, sickly sweet mess that looked more like soggy sponge than the feather-light classic. Two bites in, we...gave up.
Ambiance and service were pleasant enough in this hip eatery. But when quality and authenticity don't deliver, popularity won't last. This Pig simply didn't fly.
