同朋友傾偈最鍾意摸着酒杯仔,今次揀咗呢間餐廳除咗有酒飲,就連食物都有落唔同品種嘅威士忌,好特別嘅一間餐廳!煙炸鰈魚配威士忌蛋黃醬(caol ila)炸過嘅魚用嚟送酒真係一流,但呢個配合左威士忌嘅就真係第一次,食落好香脆威士忌岩漿海膽墨魚餅(talisker)海膽墨魚餅凍肉舖買返屋企打邊爐見得多,但係呢個好特別嘅地方係有加威士忌,一咬落去會爆汁,然後食完之後威士忌本身嘅味道滲出嚟係個口裏面作為送酒小食又係一流威士忌波板糖豚肉配青蘋果沙冰(bushmills)有啲似將日式同西餐會合左一齊,食落去好香如果配搭埋佢嘅即刻製青蘋果沙冰成個感覺好不一樣,青蘋果沙冰本身佢有少少似醬汁,而且好香青蘋果味,估唔到佢加埋落豚肉度令到我豚肉本身嘅鹹味減少仲帶一點甜,個人嘅推介呢款小食海膽醬蟹肉青口意大利飯佢呢個飯真係似人哋外國嘅意大利飯,飯粒分明唔會好淋,海鮮都幾多,所以食落去海鮮味都幾香,仲有啲蟹肉令到口感更加昇華!Casey signature pizza千島醬,蟹肉蝦乾,洋蔥用料好豐富,估唔到配合蝦乾係咁香,食落去每口都感覺滿滿的肉,而且唔會好膩,仲要係我最鍾意食嘅薄脆批威士忌火焰熟成肉眼扒配拖羅油呢
