Pumpkin tart on castelmagno fondue with winter black truffle, pair with "21 Settembre" arneis 2007--- Very strong black truffle smell, the cheese is very strong too but not overcome the truffle at all. I had the wine dinner with Luca Winery. And we had the following dishes

1. Pumpkin tart on castelmagno fondue with winter black truffle, pair with "21 Settembre" arneis 2007
--- Very strong black truffle smell, the cheese is very strong too but not overcome the truffle at all. Pumkin tart is light, as a result perfect match with the cheese. 9/10

2. Carnaoli risotto with shaved white truffle polenta, pair with "castelve" barbera d'alba 2005
--- Super white truffle taste and the rice is medium body. Well maded. SUPER. 10/10

3. Slow cooked beef in nebbiolo wine served with truffle polenta, pair with "ceisa" nebbiolo d'alba 1999
--- The truffle polenta is VERY nice, lots of white and balck turffle in there. FULL of taste. That is even better than the beef. For me, I dont like the way how to cook beef. So this kind of beef is not my favourate, but it is well made also. BUT the wine is perfect matched. Full of " Chinese dry plum" taste, long finishing and very floral nose. 9/10

4. Puff pastry with truffle ice cream, pair with "sognando" barbera & nebbiolo
--- Texture is not really ice cream but it is more sorbet style. Very special and delicious. 9/10

White truffle menu usually over $1000 per head without wine pairing, so it is very reasonable price.
