Tried the white truffle dishes: 1. scramble egg with 1 gram white truffle ($228) 2. Tangolini (pasta) with scallop (large) with 2 gm white truffle (~$378) 3. beef carpaccio with 1 gm white truffle (~$328)the truffles are very very smelly very delicious. the truffles are very very smelly very delicious.
The first time when the female manager cut the truffle for us...she did not have good skills and truffle just become some 碎片, not so good, cannot try the real taste.
But the 2nd time the truffle was 刨 by the very handsome manager (who was a westerner) ..the truffle become very large 薄片, extremely delicious.
we also order mushroom soup, which we thought that is the best soup we've ever tried.
service is nice and environment is warm.
