The tempura seaweed/basil leaf topped with minced Wagyu, uni and salmon roe. The luxurious combination generated a dynamic crisp-to-creamy contrast in each bite.

The Yakiniku set has 3 selections of A4 Wagyu cuts - rib eye, sirloin and ruburo-su, 2 slices each.
The A4 Wagyu has a relatively high oil content, so it’s perfect for yakiniku. The platter was such a delight to our taste buds as each kind of Wagyu had its own flavour.
