To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Why Not Italian Chef

Just stop by with friend to get some good Italian food as usual got there. Thats surprise my dude Italian chef was not there! staff telling non more longer in that restaurant. What else i sit down and ask about menu... Same menu sounds good. I order the same food usually take, Carbonara Risotto Mushrooms and one appetiser burrata all to share with 3 beer. Waiting for 20 minutes to get food, arrived cold and taste was everything than Italian food. Burrata was burrata salad, not just burrata  tomatoes as the menu. Carbonara, if i am not wrong the last time i eat something like that was in Paris. Buddy it was not  carbonara i use to eat in this restaurant before and what i eat in Rome. Risotto mushrooms it was cold, overcooked and i have not idea the taste since was everything than mushrooms taste. After that we try tiramisu they delivered  something different. Now please Il bel Paese has been always Italian with Italian chef, i didn't get why always new management try to change what is unchangeable: Italian Cuisine make from Italian Chef. Let me send email to Italian Chamber of Commerce since its totally unacceptable!!!! I am old customer living in DB for more than 10 years and Il bel Paese has bene always Italian: don't change it!!!!
