Although the queue is long, it moves at a fast clip, and you will be in and out in short order. Like most local bakeries, the most flavorful baked goods have some type of mayo or heaps of butter, so if you are health-conscious, don't pick one of those items. The sausage bun pictured here had a thick stream of mayo under the sausage, which was an unexpectedly tangy sensation for me.
