To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Went to this cafe with my boyfriend and we ordered two Irish coffees, a strawberry mousse cake and an apple cinnamon cake. While we were waiting for the food and drinks to come, one of their staff came and started talking to us . she was friendly and she even recommended us a few places to go on our remaining times in hong kong . The Irish cream was delicious and had a strong taste of whiskey . The apple cinnamon cake was topped with big chunks of apple and the sweetness of the cake is just right . The strawberry mouse was light, creamy and fluffy . I loved the desserts we had at this cafe and I hope to come again!
