昨晚和朋友及家人一起去Baci Restaurant吃飯,雖然太太遲到(工作態度superb),好在一邊吃麵包一邊等都ok(I like the bread very much, and they've different kinds of bread available.Most of the restaurants serve 1-2 kinds of bread only.)忙記帶相機,希望下次補番相俾大家睇先講食物方面,五到菜以及五款酒(每人$500 + 10% charge)以下為菜單1. (The taste was good but I didn't like the burrata cheese, which is a fresh Italian cheese, made from mozzarella and cream.

2. Mussels broth cooked with chick peas, lentils, fresh tomatoes and basil

3. Seared Tuna in Poppy Seed Crust served with Strawberries Balsamic Dressing and Arugula Salad
Wine - Valpolicella Superiore 2005, Zenato
4. Tender tranches of braised beef cheek served with white polenta and lentil beans
(My favorite dish, the braised beef cheek really really delicious, highly recommend)
Wine - Barolo di Serralunga, Le Selezioni 2004, Fontanafredda
5. Home-made Italian Truffle Ice-cream with White Chocolate & Coffee
(The dessert seemed to content my wife and me.)

1. 環境(Environment):good,臺與臺的空間充寬廣,又有音樂
2. 味道(Taste):絕對有水準,因為沙律,牛牛及雪糕很好吃
3. 服務(Service):招呼週到(謝謝餐廳經理Alan及其他人員),希望將來的服務仍然一流
4. 抵食(Price):ok,如果喜愛紅酒的話,算抵食.因為有五款酒飲(仲可以添飲)
5. 乾淨(Cleanliness):good
