The staff here are super dozy. I guess that since this is a chain with a good brand name, customer service doesn't matter because people will come regardless. I went this morning with 4 other people. There wasn't a free table so we happily stood outside in line. We told the server we were a group of 5 and were at the front of the queue. There was a couple and their small child packing up so the wait should have only been a few minutes. Not a minute later, some random family who arrived after us

Not a minute later, some random family who arrived after us went in to use the bathroom and then were seated at the very table the family had just left. We asked the staff about why they were seated before we were when we arrived first. The waiter's reply was "they have a small child so they wanted to sit at a low table." But what does that have to do with anything when we arrived first?! Since when do people with a kid get priority and get to cut the queue? The waiter told us a high table would be ready shortly. When we got seated at the high table there were only 4 seats. We reminded the waiter we were a party of 5. The waiter just shrugged it off as they forgot and that our friends would have to sit at another table on the other side of the room. WTF?! Additionally both of the high tables they seated us at were unstable. We have been here every Sunday for the last few weeks and they keep apologising for the wobbly table yet they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. How can this be acceptable??! What reputable restaurant leaves tables wobbly for well over a month even though they are well aware of the problem? The staff at this place are snooty ans don't care about customer service. The worst thing is that they don't see a problem with this because they are posh NOC. Overall this is just a very disappointing experience. But it's still better than that horrific excuse of a "pho" restaurant in Wan Chai called Spring Field.
