Came to try the new popsy modern kitchen after having a good time at their previous shop, popsy room. The atmosphere is great; the walls, the bar and even the ceiling are nicely decorated. Currently they are exhibiting photos taken by Sean Lee Davis. The staff were friendly and spent decent amount of time explaining each dish to me I ended up with the lobster bisque, squid ink pasta and pan fried grouper. The pasta and fish were tasty and plated wonderfully. The best dish was the lobster bisque.

I ended up with the lobster bisque, squid ink pasta and pan fried grouper. The pasta and fish were tasty and plated wonderfully. The best dish was the lobster bisque. it was simply the best I've had. Very flavorful and delicious indeed. The gin and tonic (aka blue ice or something on the menu) is also a must- try.
