好久沒吃burger了,今天特別想吃,就在網上搜了一下,發現the butchers club很吸引,下班就直接去了。美式裝横很有burger店味道。店家選用100%全天然穀飼澳洲牛肉,而且每天新鲜焗蘇格蘭麵包、蕃茄、酸瓜、洋蔥醬,看似不錯。竟然有the beyond burger,不忘推廣green項目,吃素的可以來吃咯。小鎮豬牛堡($160)如果對牛肉熱愛,但又怕腻的話,我會揀呢個- The Hogtown,食材足料,用上經典乾式熟成牛肉漢堡扒、手撕慢煮豬肉、加拿大煙肉、腌蔥頭、百里香、蜂蜜芥末醬和車打芝士。Dry aged 漢堡扒肉質唔會好實個種,蠻軟嫩,肥肉瘦肉比例perfect,有口感。Pulled pork 很嫩,又入味,配甜味蜂蜜芥末醬,真係好delicious。整個burger都好 juicy,加左腌蔥頭酸味味,好惹味,十分豐富的味道,好耐冇係香港試過咁好食的burger,一試難忘係真架!鴨油炸粗薯條($30)都係第一次食,duck fat fries特別香,有陣鴨味,而且係我鍾意的texture,yummy!Bottle beer ($70)係來自New Zealan

Red fire rooster drumettes用上澳洲free range chicken,加香草、香料、Frank's redhot辣醬、紅糖、牛油,不會很辣,雞肉很嫩滑,仲可以配my favorite blue cheese sauce食!

芝士漢堡配楓糖煙肉、蕃茄、酸瓜及秘製醬汁,加泡菜$10。用楓糖漿和black pepper燒的bacon,有煙燻的香氣,肥肉不會多,蠻有quality。

唔想食咁多fries,可以揀Mixed Green Salad ($30),有芥末水菜、紅葉生菜、羅生菜、熟成車打芝士碎及車厘茄,食burger都可以好health。

友人從美國回來,很少地方有A&W Root Beer ($30),今次一定要飲!另外,除左平時見到的tabasco,仲有Tapatio hot sauce,對辣醬都幾講究。
