Took my former boss here for his 7th birthday dinner. We ordered from the Set Dinner Menu. French oyster was fresh and sweet. Duck Foie Gras was a very generous dish, the berry sauce gave it a nice touch. Wild mixed mushroom soup had great taste and consistency. Fruit sorbet (mango and raspberry) were so delicious we asked for a repeat! For main course, I ordered Braised Beef Angus with Gruyere mashed potatoes. I was already a bit full, but just couldn't stop eating. He had Scallot and Halibut and it was gone in no time. For dessert, we had Lemon Meringue Pie, which for me was a bit too sweet, but the staff made a great job decorating the plate for the occasion.

Besides the great food, what I really want to praise is the staff. So attentive! We took about an hour before we ordered. They were so patient, bringing bread, refilling water and never gave us a look indicating we should order. They offered an external charger for my phone, and I didn't even mentioned that I was actually running low of battery! The birthday surprise was amazing. They took pictures with a professional camera, had the photos printed out for us. My boss left with a gift from the house!

Go for the food, yes, because it's great. But if you have a special occasion coming up, Le Blanc really takes care of you!
