Restaurant: Cafe de Itamomo (+WOO Phase 1)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 得閒無事入天水圍,香港另一邊嘅邊邊,到夠鐘食飯時間,起天水圍較旺嘅+woo穩食,呢間望上去價錢幾抵嘅西餐,就入去啦。入面裝修偏暗嘅感覺,格局似宜家普遍新開嘅冰室啊茶餐廳咁,用木,金屬同餐廳日常用具醬汁來組成餐廳嘅自己風格。今次就試左三樣野,一個dinner set,一個意粉,同一杯特飲。先來個帆立貝海鮮菌皇龍蝦汁意大利飯,個名就幾長嘅,哈哈,份量都有番咁上下,成個海鮮味道都唔錯,幾夾,不過如果個人就喜歡個口感可以再厚身D就perfect啦;跟住就上左Set湯,好濃嘅菌湯,品嚐到有雞髀菇,冬菇嘅味道幾足料;接落來就上比較特別嘅美國豬鞍斧頭扒跟牛肝菌汁配薯條,份量係夠大嘅,個人感覺塊扒可以燒得淋少少就配埋個汁更加正啦,薯條係偏脆嘅;最後就係跟餐特飲,跟餐有半價嘅利賓納者喱冰冰,者喱真係大大粒咖。埋單都係200蚊左右,西餐來講我自己覺得就唔係太平又唔係貴嘅,平民西餐嘅Standard。
