每次食Omakase都是一種味覺與視覺的享受...適逢好友生日,決定帶他來嘗試一下這個極緻的體驗。跟朋友點了$1280的那個 "松 Matsu" set前菜係:南瓜豆腐/西班牙黑毛豬Parma ham/味噌八爪魚再來是三款刺身:池魚王/拖羅/牡丹蝦前兩者都非常厚身,十分鮮甜;牡丹蝦則彈牙無比日本金鯛魚,煮法異常特別,魚鄰煎至金黃,比薯片還要脆口,配上意大利南瓜湯,加埋花穗味道更突出,淡淡的清香於口腔中徘徊☺️青柳貝,不時不食...配子柚子泡泡,味道相當清新煎龍蝦,本身龍蝦肉已非常鮮甜,而廚師當然深明這個道理,所以加入了大量龍蝦膏一併烹調,另外還有檸檬分子珠,建議先吃原味,若感到太膩則不妨加入分子珠,味道同樣出色吃了一輪濃味的食物就上一道青蕷果雪芭去去味蕾,因為主角要出場了...日本和牛燒,內裡包裹著日本洋蔥,那種肉質鮮味入口即溶的味道於口腔中徘徊不斷,久久不散,令人一試難忘白飯魚苗蔥菜炒飯日本蜜瓜, 白桃jelly, 千層蛋糕三款甜點一樣出色
