Worse service ever compare to other branch

The food are nice here but I won’t come back to visit. Likely will only go to the star street branch as the service here is completely bad. Especially the female waitress. It’s like she totally don’t want to work here. Tried to order a ice cream sandwich and ask her nicely to cut into two piece. She mentioned that they won’t provide this service. I asked her why the one in star street offer this service. She just answered that they are different.
