Zentro Garden has the worst service in all of Hong Kong. Unfortunately, Tung Chung lacks a decent selection of restaurants so my husband and I have been there a few times and every time the service has been a disappointment. The staff walk around with their heads down or are too busy chatting and they get the orders wrong as often as they get it right. The staff walk around with their heads down or are too busy chatting and they get the orders wrong as often as they get it right. In particular, there is one waitress who is loud, rude and just plain weird.
We have heard numerous customers complain and the manager admits they hear it all the time but nothing has been done to change the situation. Which is a same, as the food is half decent and the alfresco dining idea is much needed in Tung Chung.
For a pleasant dining experience, Zentro Garden is not the place to go.
