me and one of my friend ordered "Grilled Mackerel". The dish took some time but we were really shocked to see the fish that was actually fried instead of Grilled. I am on a diet and really wanted Grilled meat with as much less oil as possible. Disappointed, I called up the waiter and to check why the fish is fried? The reply was even more shocking. He told me that since its a lunch time they dont have time to grill the fish so it is fried.
I mean how can one be so blunt and shameless to reply to customer like this?
I can account for food which is not tasty and probably give it a pass but this was unaccountable. I asked one thing and they deliberately prepared another. We couldnt even eat the tiny portion they served and had to leave empty stomach. Later we found out the fish and/or the oil was not good as both of us kept getting dirty burps for long.
Also for the payment, when my other friend put the CC and was about to ask whether there is any promotion for any specific card, the waiter just ran away with the CC to checkout the payment, least interested in what customer is asking.
