Got a confirmed booking on valentine’s day 8 pm. However we are being informed that previous customers were late for one hour and need us to arrive at 8:30 pm. When we arrived there, they still let us keep waiting as customers still haven’t finish their courses. We even tried to seek for a formal explanation or apologies however the restaurant owner refused to meet us.
