One of The Worst Dining Experience I’ve ever had! The staffs there forgot about the birthday dessert and birthday song that I arranged with them while I made the booking. I even reminded their staffs twice that afternoon on phone and in person, how could they still forgot the birthday surprises arrangement at the end. The restaurant completely ruined my party that night ! One of the staff I believe was in charged didn’t even want to come to my table to apologise! And I had to go out to complain

One of The Worst Dining Experience I’ve ever had! The staffs there forgot about the birthday dessert and birthday song that I arranged with them while I made the booking. I even reminded their staffs twice that afternoon on phone and in person, how could they still forgot the birthday surprises arrangement at the end. The restaurant completely ruined my party that night ! One of the staff I believe was in charged didn’t even want to come to my table to apologise! And I had to go out to complain and asked to see their manager. What type of management is that ? Really terrible service and their mistake is totally unforgivable !

Despite my unpleasant experience, I found out their food quality has drastically decreased too compare to before! The lobster I ordered was not fresh at all ! Totally disappointed!
