My first time in life encountered a restaurant that completely forgotten to prepare the birthday words on the desert I preordered! How disappointed. I even reminded them 2 times on the same day before I went there for dinner but they still forgot ! When I started to complain, the staff who was in charge of the tables and reception didn’t even dare to come to my table to apologise and need me to walk out to them and finally had to call the manager! Their mismanagement completely ruined my party😡😡
Meanwhile I have to say their quality of food has drastically decreased too! The lobster I ordered was’t fresh at all and both my friend and I were so disappointed!
It was an unpleasant experience and an unforgivable mistakes they did .
