It's the worst experience that I've ever had, this ruins my day and I will never return to this shop.I went into the shop this morning to buy coffee, first of all, no one was aware that I was waiting at the counter, while one staff in front of the coffee machine was focusing on brewing some milk on the jar, I let her finish her current work without saying a word, but then she started to brew another jar which I interrupt her by saying excuse me, she showed her annoyance on her face and ask me wh
I went into the shop this morning to buy coffee, first of all, no one was aware that I was waiting at the counter, while one staff in front of the coffee machine was focusing on brewing some milk on the jar, I let her finish her current work without saying a word, but then she started to brew another jar which I interrupt her by saying excuse me, she showed her annoyance on her face and ask me what do I need.
I asked her if I can use the "buy one get one free" promotional offer by ZA bank for 4 cups of coffee which was denied by her (which I understand). Therefore, I decided to buy 4 coffee and paying 3 of them. I requested a hazelnut mocha which was rejected by her, she said they only have hazelnut latte, I asked if I can order a mocha but add hazelnut syrup by paying extra, and she replied: "No because it will be very expensive and our POS system doesn't have this key". Then she walked away from the counter without saying a word, and her colleague took my order.
A few minutes later, she handed 2 coffee to me and said: "Oh, you need a bag?" I tried to stay calm and replied "Yes, please!"
They just do not want anyone to bother them and not care about business and their customer, and there is NO flexibility at all. And it's insulting by saying "it will be VERY expensive"
