Worst experience, poor staff attitude

Had booked this restaurant through quandoo.com. Called this restaurant and a male staff confirmed my reservation as well, we also talked about the details of bottle opening fees and etc. Thought that would be "solid" and firm about my booking. We then shown up on time for our birthday dinner and something really surprised us. The staff told us that there isn't any booking and no one ever listen to our call?! What the ... I checked my phone and the number is 100% correct. What ?! I just realised

I checked my phone and the number is 100% correct. What ?! I just realised that there is like a pre wedding party going on. I am pretty sure that they kick us out because there are "bigger guests " or maybe they just forgot to told us that we have been wiped. Also poor attitude from the staffs! No sincere apology and accused us for "not making a reservation".
