Had a terrible experience on Christmas Eve at London house. Didn't worth a thousand HKD at all for what we had. Staff was friendly but they were very understaffed on a festive day. A waste of time and money.We ordered the Christmas menu for two. After we finished starters, we waited for around 40mins for the mains to be served and then waited another hour for desserts. Dishes weren't even warm when they finally served them.
Food was way below average. The only things that are up to average standard were the mushroom lasangna and the toffee pudding.
