By far my worst restaurant experience ever - Charlie's Chili Kitchen @ Olympian CityMade online table reservation for 10:00PM mid-day Feb 14 and traveled all the way from HK side to this restaurant. Made online table reservation for 10:00PM mid-day Feb 14 and traveled all the way from HK side to this restaurant. Arrived spot on at 10:00PM and was told that they are not receiving patrons anymore, because its past cut off time for kitchen orders.
I asked why they are accepting reservation til 10:30PM if that was the case?
Hostess asked the chef (seemingly the boss) and was replied with by foul language which I can clearly hear inside the restaurant.
So my wife and I were left hanging dry on Valentine's night where all nearby restaurants were closed after spending the time and effort to travel the distance, only to be treated by this restaurant the way mentioned above.
