I have to write my first revew today as this is my worst experience in my whole life!!!I walked inside and half of the seats were vacant and the male owner (it is run by a couple)asked me to sit with someone else but I chose to sit in the table that is next to it. I walked inside and half of the seats were vacant and the male owner (it is run by a couple)asked me to sit with someone else but I chose to sit in the table that is next to it. He turned so unfriendly and kept saying that I hindered his business. I ordered a set lunch and i didn't get the soup as said in the menu so I asked him about it. He didn't want to give me and said I hindered him from doing business again and I am a horrible customer!!!!!!!! I have never experienced this in any Japanese restaurant in HK or anywhere!!!!! The customer service is the WORST I have EVER experienced!!!! I can't believe how these people can run a restaurant with services like this. He even wanted to take away my food while I was still eating. I can't believe it!! The lady seemed ok but how could he treat a customer like this.

我不得不在openrice寫下第一個食評,因為這是我人生中最糟糕的經歷!

週六午餐時間,我走進去,當時大概一半餐廳都是空位,餐廳是由一對夫婦經營的,老闆讓我同人搭臺,但我選擇坐在旁邊的空臺,因為周圍有很多空位。老闆即時不開心,并說我妨礙他做生意。我Order了一個Lunch Set, 但是餐湯一直沒有來,我便問老闆。他居然說我沒有餐湯,不願意給我,并再次強調我阻礙他做生意,并說我有我這種客人怎麼做生意!我從來都沒有在任何一家日本餐廳有過這種遭遇!!這是有史以來最糟糕的經歷!我不能相信這樣的人如何經驗好一家餐廳!甚至在我還沒吃完的時候,他已想收走我的食物!!難以置信的服務!!!雖然老闆娘看起來還好,但是不能接受在香港可以有這樣的服務和餐廳存在!!!
