The reservation was good and the lady on the phone was polite. But it was all fake!!When I arrived the waitresses were all standing around chatting, no one was at the door to greet. I had to walk inside to wave and find someone to help. They showed us to a corner table which with no air ventilation (note that it's a Korean BBQ) knowing that one of my friends was pregnant, they didn't care! More than half of the restaurant was empty so I requested to change. They said all those were prepaid booke

More than half of the restaurant was empty so I requested to change. They said all those were prepaid booked. Really? Prepay for specific tables? And showed no care to pregnant women? This is the most ridiculous service ever. The restaurant never got full the whole evening and they solely just didn't want to move us. Their manager should look into this.
