To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The worst experience in Happy Valley area. 18 April afternoon 2:05 set a pick up fir afternoon tea and saw a pick up time of 2:13. When arrived on time, no such pick up was ready. The final pick up time was 2:35. No one dare to say sorry. The counter woman at around mid 30 was so impolite and no answering any inquiry. Even you asked more, she walked away without any word. It is not believable for such service. You might think an afternoon tea set at $70 is not worth anything, you would lose this

It is not believable for such service. You might think an afternoon tea set at $70 is not worth anything, you would lose this customer forever. Would also spread this worst service at my network. No more ordering from this restaurant.
