To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一向都係牛角fans...有佢既會員卡亦都第2年...但係呢一間牛角真係令到我好嬲...襯住6月30前, 奧海城牛角滿$400減$100優惠結束前就去食一食呢一間牛角...去到直接可以入座, 但睇得出張2人枱係係隔離分拆出黎, 因為同兩邊既枱相隔各唔夠30cm...因為我地係分拆出黎, 所以無電子點單既機器, 所以要叫侍應黎...不過每次都要叫2次先到...但其實繁忙時段都無可厚非...我地叫左王漾豆腐, 燒汁肩脊肉, 燒汁胸腹肉, 厚燒牛舌, 厚燒煙肉, 牛肉石鍋飯, 辛味豬腩肉, 辛味豬頸肉...王漾豆腐, 燒汁肩脊肉,  厚燒牛舌, 辛味豬腩肉, 辛味豬頸肉: 都係正常味(幾好味), 無咩特別燒汁胸腹肉: 顏色好深, 燒完好似牛肉炒菜心既牛肉, 十分唔值得叫... 厚燒煙肉: 好乾, 太咸, 係火腿扒味...牛肉石鍋飯: 有飯焦! 但係成個飯都好苦, Lur返出黎...另外侍應們不斷用個條唔夠30cm闊既路去送菜...而途中就不停碰撞到我地既枱...我唔知因為佢地低估左自己既下圍 定 高估左路既闊度 定還是 佢地如果行過隔離條大路會俾火燒定點...其實隔離條路之要行多5步, 用

其中一次我地要求要兩杯凍水, 兩杯凍水變左4杯, 而且每一杯杯底都有黑色點點飄浮...


最後埋單, 我地分別叫左5個人...每一個都叫我地等一等...最後埋單都等左差不多10分鐘...
