I am a patron of this shop, and most of the times, I would order a sea urchin x salmon fish handroll. The sea urchin is way too creamy and that briny flavour melts on your tongue upon contact.

Wanted to try something new and ordered a spicy salmon hand roll ($18) today instead.
Diced salmon mixed with mayonnaise is packed with the perfect amount of spice, some shredded cucumber has been added to improve its freshness too!Crisp nori compliments the warm, flavourful pearl rice~Surely another delicacy I would recommend from this shop
