Haven't visited for awhile, I suddenly thought of trying their brunch menu today and here we are🥳

We ordered a la brasa sandwich with sweet potato and smoked pork sandwich with sweet potato. We also ordered two glasses of chincha morada as drinks.

As a regular visitor for dinner, finally got a chance to try out their sandwiches. Without a doubt, it will never disappoint you. A la brasa sandwich was a shredded chicken sandwich. It was loaded with vegetables and drizzled with their house tartar sauce. Chicken was moist and very flavourful. Well seasoned and good with their tartar sauce. Not too salty or greasy. Looks very saucy but didn't make the bread soggy. Chulls bread tasted oriental and homemade. Never underestimate its size as whole dish will for sure fill you up. Restaurant was very generous on the sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes were in huge chunks, sprinkled with cinnamon. Soft and silky while its sweetness pairing with cinnamon brought a wow factor. Delicious!

Smoked pork sandwich was also delightful! Well spiced warm pork was loaded in the sandwich with sweet potato chunks. Pork was tender and tasted similar to cajun spiced. Very tasty. Even sandwiching with sweet potatoes, sandwich didn't taste as heavy but mouth-watering on each bite. Chull bread again wasn't soggy even with loaded topping! Not as saucy as the chicken one. Absolutely fantastic!

Chincha morada was a drink made of purple corn, pineapple peels, cinnamon and cloves. It was absolutely amazing and authentic! Tasted similar to a cold version of mulled wine but not as sweet! I personally love spice a lot and this drink has definitely brought you to heaven. Especially in hot weather or when you are thirsty, this is the best cure! Highly recommend!

A restaurant I often visit and never disappoint you. Every visit still gives you a wow factor!
Always recommend!
