I love spicy food so went here because it was close to the MTR.They had Paddlefish on the menu which I have never seen before and I didn't even know you could eat that and whether it is a protected fish.Hopefully I can try this fish in future because some people might not dare to eat it.The menu was quite extensive.I tried the steamed lamb which was big chunks of lamb coated in flour.The lamb was a bit gamey.For the other dish, I had stir fried chicken giblets with pickled pepper.It could have b

It could have been spicier but it was bloody good because there were generous slices of silky chicken liver paired with fragrant grassy Chinese celery. Chinese celery is good for you to because it is known to reduce cholesterol which is useful after eating so much chicken liver!!!!!
