每次都係參加婚宴才有機會去世貿會吃晚飯,有時都會同同學仔來飲茶。今日再來,是同一眾獅子會會友例會。今天是新任會長的第一例會,所以都會吃得豐富一點。頭盤是煙燻鴨胸沙律,味道比較西式一點,煙熏味道非常突出,鴨胸嫰滑而且調味適中。與新鮮香橙一同吃,味道匹配醒胃。"紅燒牙揀勾包翅"是意想不到的足料,翅的份量多到夾都夾唔晒,雖然有點不環保,但湯的味道做得濃而不濁,非常抵讚。清蒸沙巴龍虎斑火候拿捏得好,魚肉普遍都嫰滑。蠔皇扣鮑魚,要特別一讚這裡的鮑魚汁,鮮味十足,不會一味死鹹。鮑魚做到糖心效果,煙韌軟熟。鮮茄炒蝦仁清爽醒胃,鮮茄真材實料。當紅炸子雞屬皮脆肉嫩之作,不用加鹽也非常惹味。鮮蝦荷葉飯香糯軟熟,冬菇粒超香!豉油王銀牙炒麵是這裏的名物,吵得夠乾身,好香,豉油味好出,唔怪得是會員的至愛。世貿會的傳統中菜美食做得實在出色,希望可以再來。
