To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我個標題唔係講粗口呀，係呢間餐廳同老夫子連乘，整咗個餐，其實都唔關老夫子事啫。間餐廳冇任何佈置係關老夫子事，只係個餐牌印有老夫子，個餐既指定杯係老夫子，冇其他野係老夫子啦。個餐係茄汁原塊厚切豬扒芝士焗飯、配凍忌廉朱古力。係唔係一啲都唔關老夫子事呢...？都係講下個焗飯啦，份量超足夠，未食到一半，就已經飽了。我一向好有衣食既，所以都係食晒，但結果，....我係有兩次嘔返出黎又吞返既。好核突，但係係事實。哈哈。個飯好多汁，唔會因為係焗而變得乾。塊豬扒好大塊，但豬骨就好細。真係抵食夾大件。至於杯朱古力呢...如果係熱既就好啲，因為凍既唔夠香，有冰又唔夠濃。

都係講下個焗飯啦，份量超足夠，未食到一半，就已經飽了。我一向好有衣食既，所以都係食晒，但結果，....

個飯好多汁，唔會因為係焗而變得乾。塊豬扒好大塊，但豬骨就好細。真係抵食夾大件。

至於杯朱古力呢...如果係熱既就好啲，因為凍既唔夠香，有冰又唔夠濃。
