To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

xmas dinner選擇左呢度食放題，入口在酒店旁，我地坐o係師傅前，燒完馬上比你，襯熱食十分滋味.先上個魚生併盤，樣樣都新鮮！眼前好多食材，樣樣都好新鮮好colorful.我地點左好多黎試，燒玉米叫完再叫，好甜，好好食！十分推介！！！燒生菜都有，清甜健康好味度.燒大蝦又係叫完又叫之物，需然比想像中細隻，但係都好味彈牙.燒銀雪魚其實都幾好，甜甜地既miso marinaded，又滑又flaky,份量好多.但係因為本第呢隻魚油份重，食小小就覺好膩.燒竹筍爽甜好味.燒鯖魚冇銀雪魚咁油，同樣被我地清碟.牛肉燒得岩岩好，不太熟，very tender and juicy．燒雞翼都ok．Overall呢度樣樣燒物都好食！又比城中有名的田X家爐端燒平好多.食完仲可以行下海旁，值得一試！
