To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係佐敦食lunch,搵下有邊間茶記好食，見依間環境好似唔錯就入左去。午餐都好多選擇，之後就叫左個XO醬雞絲炒公仔麵🍜。一黎到，嘩！大碟到呢！依到有接近三個麵！咁佢係即刻炒起，所以都好夠熱，仲要都幾香。食入口XO醬既味都好夠，都唔會太辣，好香口！雞絲都好多，仲要唔係老哂，係幾嫩口！之後配菜都有唔少！椒，菜，你講得出既都有。成件事一啲都唔hea!真心好正！個炒公仔麵都咁大碟，我一個人真係食唔哂！下次可以試下其他野！
