平時好少去佐敦,呢次食完野行到去嘉多娜16:25左右,前面大約有30人🥸,本身想放棄,不過平時唔鍾意排隊既男朋友竟然叫我排😂,所以就試一試。大概16:50就買到🥳,好彩無放棄✨。因為有staff喺隔離一路入盒/袋,所以其實排到去一俾錢就搞掂,非常快手👍🏻。🔅法式布甸麵包 ($15)一買完返去影左相無即食,捏到個皮偏腍。擺左隻落雪櫃,另外就拎去焗同氣炸。ig搵左啲食評好似都無特別講焗幾耐,比較多係直接食/凍食,所以順便分享下唔同食法既味道有咩唔同😝。🔸氣炸鍋用160度氣炸5分鐘,焗完聞到好香😍,中間既布甸未到好熱好辣口,暖暖地食唔錯。底約1.5cm厚啱啱好,焗完外層好脆,🥖入面就好煙韌。因為中間流心,所以夾埋個包食都唔會好dry🥰。同屋企人一人試半隻都唔會好甜好漏。🔸焗爐用100度焗5分鐘,中間唔算好熱,未算好流心,外層就硬啲。🔸凍食成個包都好煙韌,中間就係平時布甸既口感,幾滑,但同屋企人都係鍾意焗熱食多啲😝。💬Youtube睇過馬田整呢個布甸,工序都幾複雜😱,所以$15一隻我覺得係抵既👍🏻,只係如果次次要等真係令人卻步😂…本身我其實就麻麻布甸,不過氣炸完流心左成件事又唔同😂。如果鐘意個
