Binchotan is considered best fuel for grilling, and it imparts meat with an aroma unachievable using other charcoals or grillers. Variety
Toritama provides the widest variety of chicken parts, which makes it a better option if you want a more in depth Yakitori experience. Yardbird had the least diversity on their food items, as they do not provide other meat skewers other than chicken.

Flavorings:
Yardbird has the strongest seasonings for their chicken. It was almost too salty, that it overpowered the original flavors of the chicken. The seasonings at Birdie and Torisho are the simplest but on-point.
